  • Ensure that robust systems, processes and controls are both established and maintained
  • Develop business reporting processes, both statutory and internally and in line with PE expectations
  • Establish and ensure strong working relationships with owners/investors and Banks
  • Support the business with international expansion, in particular the US, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
  • Take a lead role on all contract pricing and negotiations
  • Oversee HR, Legal and IT functions

This is a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious, robust, high-energy and positive thinking individual who would relish the chance to participate in a uniquely exciting growth scenario.  Suitable candidates will display gravitas and integrity and have a can do attitude combined with a solution focused mindset.  In addition, strong systems skills (NetSuite or Oracle products) and previous experience of working in a PE backed business would be extremely helpful.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an organisation that has undergone rapid and successful growth.
