    Key duties will include:

  • Group Financial Controller ref: RDBR1

    Location: South West

    Our client, an international PE backed multi-site business, is now looking to further strengthen its finance function with the recruitment of a new Group Financial Controller who will be reporting in to the CFO. The business operates in 12 different countries and is technically highly complex both in terms of consolidation and management of cash and all tax matters. The Group FC will have overall responsibility for the consolidated Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet and Board Reports, and will also be responsible for Tax, Treasury, FX and Statutory Accounts for the rapidly expanding Group.

    Key duties

    · Development of an accurate and efficient consolidation process, to include all jurisdictions

    · Monthly technical consolidation of results from each country

    · Working with the auditors to deliver the statutory accounts for all companies

    · Working with tax advisors in all countries with returns to be accurate and within deadlines at all times

    · Responsible for ensuring the Group is compliant with all tax matters

    · Group VAT returns and any associated returns and audits
