Interim Accountant ref: JMPI
Our client is a growing, private equity backed services business currently seeking an interim accountant to assist the finance team during a period of sustained change.
Salary: To £50,000 per annum pro rata
Location: Oxfordshire
This will be a ‘hands on’, technical finance role with specific responsibility for the financial reporting, process improvements, development of accounting systems and assisting the team through year end. As well as this there will be a need to contribute effectively to a range of ad hoc commercial and change management projects.
This is a highly visible interim role. You will be a technically strong accountant with a desire to work in a successful, fast paced business. You will be commercially driven and be excited by the prospect of working within a business going through significant change. You will be ambitious and will see this as an opportunity to develop professionally as part of an entrepreneurial finance team.

Interim Financial Controller ref: RDWW
Our client is a high growth business services group now looking to recruit an interim FC to work closely with the Director of Finance and a highly driven management team.
Salary: £600 - £800 per day
Location: Buckinghamshire
You will need to have strong technical accounting experience whilst also having extensive experience operating at a senior level. You will be involved with writing board reports together with assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly external reports for banks and shareholders. Ideally you will have experience of contract accounting and will be comfortable working in a highly leveraged, change driven environment.

Our client is a profitable, high growth VC backed distribution business. They are now looking to recruit a truly commercial Financial Controller on an on-going interim basis to work closely with a highly driven management team.
Salary: To £450 per day
Location: Hertfordshire
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have experience of managing a small finance department. Main responsibilities will include preparation and interpretation of financial accounts, budget preparation, business modeling, planning and forecasting and there will be a strong focus on cash management.
This is a highly visible role and therefore excellent communication skills are essential. Ideally you will have worked within retail / distribution and have previous exposure to working within a private equity backed business.

Group Financial Controller (12 - 18 month contract) ref: JMSAT
Our client is a highly profitable, private equity backed media business. They are seeking a hands-on group financial controller with a proven track record of maintaining strong finance functions to join their team on a twelve / eighteen month contract.
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum pro rata
Location: West London
The role will focus on both core controls and the commercial aspects of finance. Key responsibilities will include timely production of management and statutory accounts, maintaining and improving regulatory and operational controls, budgeting and re-forecasting, delivering the annual audit and assisting in ad hoc corporate finance activities. In addition, the financial controller will need to understand the group debt position, closely monitor cash and produce regular covenant calculations.
Applicants will be fully qualified accountants with a proven track record of maintaining robust finance functions in businesses experiencing significant growth. Ideally you will have previously worked within a private equity backed business. You will also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all disciplines, adding valuable analysis and insight into all facets of the business.

Head of Financial Analysis ref: RN2320 (6 months fixed term contract)
Our client is a market leading, private equity backed, international business in a growing sector. The business has ambitious plans to diversify their product offering through cutting edge technological delivery.
Salary: Circa £75,000
Location: London
Reporting to the CFO and the investors, this is a high profile role with real impact and accountability. You will be responsible for:
· The provision of analysis and commentary to aid decision making
· Interrogating profit centre activity providing maximum, minimum and likely performance.
· Commercial support for contract renegotiation with regards new products.
· Building a financial model for the three year plan building in assumptions, analysts model.
· Analysis of KPI’s across revenue, cost of sales, expenses and CAPEX.
You will be a qualified accountant with five years post qualification experience within commercial and fast paced companies. You will have worked within a role that works closely with the commercial function, providing information to aid decision making. This will be through complex modeling and analysis. Strong Excel skills are critical for this position.
