Group Financial Controller ref: JYNO
Our client is a high growth, international, PE backed technology business which is now the market leader in its field.
Salary: £85,000 plus bonus & equity
Location: Reading
They are looking to recruit a commercial Financial Controller who will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance function of the group and for developing the finance systems being used by the business. You will be responsible for the management and production of all financial information and for managing a team of 18 with 4 direct reports. Key duties will include:
- Monthly Management Accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Group Cash Flow Statements
- Annual Budgets
- KPIs and Dashboard Data
- Production of Statutory Accounts including Group Consolidated Accounts.
- Treasury management
You will be a Qualified Accountant who is technically strong whilst also having extensive international experience. This is a fast paced business this role offers a high level of visibility both with senior management and with banks/ investors. Previous experience of working in a Private Equity backed business is advantageous as is experience of working in a technology/ digital business.

Our client is a substantial high growth, privately owned multi-site business that is now looking to recruit an exceptional Financial Controller for their largest subsidiary.
Salary: £80,000 plus benefits
Location: Birmingham
The role is newly created and will be a highly visible role across the business. The new Financial Controller will be expected to develop a robust and challenging relationship with the CEO founded upon a mutual interest to push the business forward. The role has responsibility for all aspects of the operation’s finance and whilst directly supported by a small team the FD will be expected to develop a close working relationship with the wider group’s central finance function and become the ‘finance partner’ to the operations team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing the finance function in a group/divisional role, likely to be in a business with a turnover of £200m plus. They will need to be able to demonstrate real success in managing and supporting growth and will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to represent the business both internally and externally.

Head of Finance / Financial Controller ref: RDJK

Salary: To £50,000 per annum plus bonus

To support this ongoing expansion they now seek an ambitious accountant to join their team in the role of Group Financial Analyst, sitting alongside and reporting directly into the CFO.
Main duties will include but will not be confined to;
· ad hoc financial modelling
· owning the annual budgetary process alongside the CFO
· owning the financial appraisal process for all new capital projects
